At QY Genesis Football Academy, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for every customer. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Physical Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- Please contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending any item back.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and supplier. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or streamed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- You were charged but did not receive access to your purchase.
- The downloaded file is corrupted or unusable due to a technical issue on our end.
- You accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once.
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. We will work with you promptly to resolve the matter.
